Background
My husband and I have bought, renovated and sold houses in DeKalb County for years through our own company. I now use this experience to assist clients in the buying and selling of homes. Additionally, I am a licensed interior decorator. Earlier career was in the public sector in the development and administration of contracts, plus management experience—all of which are helpful in the real estate business.
Special Skills
With extensive renovation experience, I can help identify problem areas prior to contract or home inspection and provide resources to address the issues. Also as a licensed decorator, I can advise on simple things to make a house more appealing to buyers. Sometimes it is rearranging existing furniture or changing paint colors or light fixtures. Other times it may be adding furniture or accessories that I have for this purpose to those of the owner to make a home really sparkle.
